The Shockirp is a miniboss furssell in Pikmin 2... Again?. It is a round brown-furred creature with black skin, yellow eyes with black pupils, and thin legs. It wanders peacefully in a small territory until attacked, whereupon it will electrify its fur, electrocuting any Pikmin in contact with it. If the Shockirp is near a metallic object such as an antenna, an electrical arc will form between the Shockirp and the object, and adjacent Pikmin can be struck by the electricity. As its health dwindles, it loses hair, and it will be completely naked by the time it is defeated.

- “Shockirp / Fursell family / Furatus shockus. Those furballs may look cute, but I wouldn't recommend getting near one. They can electrify their fur to look like when I got electrocuted by those electrical wires. And at this point, you should be afraid when it is in that state.”
