Pikmin 2... Again?/Versus Mode

What if it was another story...?
This article or section pertains to Pikmin 2... Again?, a fanon game created by Blower Pot.

Versus Mode is a game mode in Pikmin 2... Again?. It is similar to the other competitive game modes, however, it is more about collecting treasures and gaining points, with the addition of sublevels and more playable characters, the President and Cosmicaptain.

Cupid's Grenades can be collected to get power-ups, which include:

Slapping Scrabbit: spawns a Slapping Scrabbit next to the opponent.
Antenna Beetle: spawns an Antenna Beetle somewhere.
Slurpsquito: spawns a Slurpsquito somewhere.
Hiss Fizz: drops an upside-down soda plastic bottle containing wither on the opponent. Upon hitting the ground, the cap pops off and the bottle rockets back into the air, releasing wither during its ascent.

Bomb mad: drops a bomb mad at the opponent.
Rock Warning: drops boulders at the opponent from above.
Add Pikmin: spawns ten Pikmin already found.
Glow's shine: spawns three Glow Pikmin.
Bulbmin: spawns one Bulbmin

A variant of Versus Mode also takes place in some Story Mode caves, against a character named Cosmicaptain and their Louie counterpart. They are more of a competitive challenge than a dungeon, akin to Dandori Challenge.
