The Screwmouth Finginer is a species of swirlmouth introduced in Pikmin 2... Again?. It resembles a red leech, having a similar mouth with countless sharp teeth, two yellow eyes with black pupils, one on each side of its head, and two fins that act as legs. The Screwmouth Finginer will wander around the sublevel, looking for obstacles to repair, and once it does, will crawl toward it and use its mouth to rotate similar to a nut driver. After a few seconds, it will stop and walk away, the obstacle returned to its original condition. It will blow wind at any Pikmin and leaders it sees to blow them away. Obstacles destroyed by explosives other than bomb nuggets cannot be repaired by the Screwmouth Finginer due to almost nothing remaining of it.
