The '''Centipare''' is a returning enemy found in ''[[Pikmin: Decayed Leaf]]''. The creature resembles its original appearance in {{hp}}; being a juvenile version of the regular [[Adult Centipare]]. However, unlike Centipares who lead the player from one point to another, the young Centipare rarely move at all. The creature will usually stay flying in place; acting as a platform for the player to jump on, or even as a downwards staircase if multiple are present. There are a few times when they can be seen moving, but that is when there are multiple moving in the same linear area for captains to traverse through to use these creatures as moving platforms. If a Centipare bumps into another Centipare in one of these linear movements, then they will stay still for 4 seconds, before turning around and slowly moving away. They will then fly until they reach their destination of land or touch another Centipare; in which they will turn around and move again
