Snagmin are Burrowing Snagrets in Pikmin: Attack of DeathSpike that have been infected by the same parasitic Pikmin that made the Bulbmin. They are usually found in damp places and can only be used in caves. The parent will look like a typical snagret except it swims in the ground with its neck up. Once the mother is killed the other Snagmin will follow the leaders. The most Burrowing Snagmin that can be found in a squad is twenty.

Notes

Olimar's notes

It seems that the same parasitic Pikmin that infected the Bulbmin has now infected the snavian family. I shall do further research on this fascinating creature.

Snagmin appear in Pikmin: Together Forever. The adults are named Burrowing Snagmin and the juveniles are named Downy Snagmin, reflecting Burrowing Snagrets and Downy Snagrets, likewise acting as adult and juvenile Bulbmin do but as snagrets rather than bulborbs. Downy Snagmin will join the party of the nearest captain upon the parent's death. Downy Snagmin can be made by throwing Pikmin into the Snagmin Candypop Bud, which has fluffy white petals with fluffy white tips and scaly blue leaves.
