The Peeper is a simple test enemy found in the files of Hey! Pikmin. What it would have done is unknown, as it seems to have been created purely for testing the game's graphics, simply being a pair of wings and a pair of eyes.

The Peeper is a small, strange creature appearing in Pikmin: Decayed Leaf. The small bug resembles two eyeballs with a pair of wings and can be found in groups of 4-7. These groups will appear out of small plants like Clovers, or in smaller rest sublevels. They may even be found just roaming the area. If attacked, they will die in one hit. They are very hard to hit, however, yet don’t yield much in terms of rewards. Like with most of the eyebulb family, a thrown Dart Pikmin can instantly kill an eyebulb, while Cactus Pikmin do extreme damage.
