Pikmin: Exotic World is a fanon Pikmin game made by Fishe.
Plot
Olimar returns to Hocotate from PNF-404, and upon arriving at Hocotate Freight, he sees his son excitedly awaiting him. Happy knowing his child was waiting for him, Olimar hugs him and they go home together. That evening, during dinner, his son begs his father to go with him to the Pikmin Planet to explore outer space and see the planet's wildlife. Olimar, being a family man, says yes, and the following day, buys a spacesuit for his son. Olimar then tells his family and Mayor Boewfer that he and his son will be leaving for PNF-404 once again.
After boarding the spaceship, they launch and head off toward PNF-404, where, for once, the ship lands safely instead of crashlanding from a meteor. Immediately afterward, Olimar's son leaps out of the ship, and runs to a green object embedded in the ground. Olimar follows close behind, knowing what it is. Olimar's son inspects the object, which springs from the ground, knocking him and his father back as it sprouts three yellow tendrils for legs to rest on and it ejects a single seed, for it was an Onion. Olimar's son plucks the resulting sprout, and the father-and-son duo discovers a new Pikmin type: the Vinemin.
As the days go by, Olimar and his son reunite with or discover several more Pikmin types, as well as face off against the planet's ravenous wildlife and the planet's other perils.
