The Lesser Studded Beeb is a species of soplouse appearing in Pikmin: Dual Worlds. It resembles the Greater Studded Beeb, which it is closely related to, albeit a good deal smaller and with bronze-colored spikes on its leg-maces and green, non-bioluminescent joints. It usually attacks by slamming its studded maces in a chopping motion, alternating between using its left and right legs with each strike, or, alternatively, swinging its legs in a circle around itself, though it often trips on itself doing so, resulting in the attack stopping halfway to three-quarters of the way through. While both attacks are often successful in getting Pikmin off it, and with a chance that it may kill a few of them, the latter attack will likely be more of a detriment to the beeb itself. Notably, it can damage the terrain with its attacks, resulting in the ground becoming cracked and difficult or potentially hazardous to walk on, as well as knocking Pikmin in the area affected by this ability but not hit by the attack itself aside.
