The Icy Bulborb Larva is a type of Bulborb Larva appearing in Pikmin: Dual Worlds. It resembles a Bulborb Larva but has a light blue head and a white body covered in icy spikes that protect it from predators. It dwells in frigid environments, commonly encased in ice, and can freeze Pikmin that touch it. It can also blow cold air onto Pikmin, which also freezes them. Cyan Pikmin can be used to attack their vulnerable faces without freezing, but Rock Pikmin or bomb rocks can be used to destroy both the creature's shell and the creature itself in a single attack.
