This scarpanid is a young [[Flittering Glowbelly]] that hasn't yet developed it's voice. When you walk beneath it, it watches you with a child-like curiosity. You have no reason to attack it, and if killed, the light goes out. It can wake up enemies that are sleeping near it if the light shines on it.
