In Pikmin Sunshine, hideout bushes are often occupied by bulborbs. They have a variety of appearances based on the environment they are found in. Common bushes, and the more dangerous spiky bushes, are green or brown and may be occupied by Red Bulborbs or Orange Bulborbs; bridge bushes are brown, sometimes with blue flowers, and may be occupied by the same bulborbs as the common and spiky bushes; underwater bushes are brown and may be occupied by Whiptongue Bulborbs; seaside bushes are chartreuse, may shelter Whiptongue Bulborbs, and are exclusive to Thirsty Desert; snowcapped bushes are silver, may shelter Whiptongue Bulborbs, and are exclusive to Frozen Fields.
