First Mission is the first stage in Pikmin Sunshine's Interstellar Mission Mode and on the first planet, the Lush Lands. The SPERO is located slightly above the center of the stage, and several gray rocks impede movement through the area.

First Fruit	#1	Near a Stellar Extrusion	Two Green Pikmin are trying to carry a Stellar Extrusion. Then, one of the squad’s Purple Pikmin comes and lifts it for the Gray Pikmin.
Bulborb Trouble	#2	Near a Mockiwi hole	Two Green Pikmin are running away from a Red Bulborb. They hide in a bush so that the Bulborb doesn’t see them. Eventually, the Bulborb forgets about the two Pikmin.
Snitchbug Family	#3	Near a gap between two rocks	Three Green Pikmin are chasing a Scornet and two Dwarf Scornets. They leap one by one but miss. They eventually come to Captain Olimar.
