Pikmin: Zero Lives is a canceled game that was to be created as the sequel to Pikmin: The After Years. It would have been the second game in the Dark Trilogy, occurring directly after the events of Pikmin: The After Years.
As no information regarding Pikmin: Zero Lives was ever revealed, there is no known plot or gameplay information. Judging by the game's title, it is likely that the main antagonist of Pikmin: Zero Lives would have been Zero Two, the semi-final boss of the prequel, having somehow survived its seeming destruction at the end of its boss battle in the Galactic Warpzone and began to plot revenge against Olimar, who had destroyed its master, the Dark Virus.
