In Pikmin: The After Years

The After Years
This article or section presents information pertaining to Pikmin: The After Years, created by Gamefreak75.

The Electrowraith is a terrifying creature that is very similar to the Waterwraith but with a body made of electricity instead of water. Much like the Waterwraith, it falls from the sky or cave ceiling, rolls around on two stone rollers, and relentlessly chases nearby leaders. As the Electrowraith's body is made entirely of electricity, Purple Pikmin that are thrown by it to make it vulnerable will die upon contact with it; Yellow Pikmin are unable to successfully attack it when it is not made vulnerable by Purple Pikmin. Luckily, the nearby Dual Candypop Buds can be used to temporarily combine the two Pikmin types to create a Purple-Yellow Pikmin which will eventually split into the two Pikmin that formed it but can make the Electrowraith vulnerable to attacks and can damage it too. Once the Electrowraith's health depletes fully, its rollers crumble and the creature begins scuttling around the area it was fought in, electrocuting any Pikmin it walks through that are not resistant to electricity. Continuing to attack it with Purple-Yellow Pikmin will eventually result in its defeat, wherein it falls onto its back and vanishes into nothing except two randomly-colored 20-pellets and one 10-pellet.

-When encountered, the beast falls from the sky and moves around on its stone 'rollers'. It will chase Olimar and any Pikmin nearby, with greater focus on crushing the active Captain. It is invincible to any Pikmin assault, even if [[ultra-bitter spray|petrified]], except that of [[Purple Pikmin]]. When a Purple lands on or near the Waterwraith in a fashion that would stun any other beast, it turns a deep shade of purple not dissimilar to that of the Pikmin that cause this state to come about. Once the time expires, it wil split back into two Pikmin. -When the rollers fall, petrify its roller. When the Electrowraith itself lands, it too will be encased in stone, but the roller will revert to its normal state before the creature itself. Petrify it again, and the Wraith is normal, but not the rollers; the Wraith will have problems lifting them. Its audio will get messed up, as it cries with each attempt to pick up the front roller. The beast won't turn purple when Purple Pikmin are thrown at it. This is because it needs to lift its rollers first.
