The Roaring Rampart is the third and final postgame area in Pikmin X: Deep Freeze and takes place atop the huge, crumbling buildings of an abandoned town. Surrounding the buildings is an expanse of overgrown foliage that implies a very long fall for anything that walks off the edge. Each building is connected by zipline vines, but many of them are one-way trips and Pikmin cannot carry objects over them, making this a paradise for Winged Pikmin which can take shortcuts while carrying objects; other Pikmin must take the lower routes that cross through the insides of the abandoned structures, as well as the alleys between them, via air vents and precarious wooden scaffolding. All sections of the Roaring Rampart must be explored in order to find all there is to collect there, and once all treasures are collected, there may be a unique sight to behold at the tallest building; a Celestial Windracer that has come to roost.

Vegetation in this area includes but is not limited to a canopy of shrubbery with overgrown foliage down below.
