Zipline vines are a plant in Pikmin X: Deep Freeze. They appear in pairs of thin stalks emerging from either the floor or the ceiling, with a smooth green vine connecting them. Pikmin and leaders thrown onto the vine will use it to quickly slide over to the other end of the plant, and thus to another part of the area. Whether a zipline vine can be used from either end depends on how it is angled; if both stalks are level with each other, Pikmin and leaders can be transported back and forth. Otherwise, the incline means Pikmin thrown from the lower end will not have enough momentum to reach the other end and will slide back down, making it a one-way means of travel.
