The Arachnid Pikmin are a species of Pikmin in Pikmin: Advanced Online that have eight limbs, like a spider: four arms and legs. Arachnid Pikmin also have eight eyes, two bigger than the rest. They and their Onion are found behind a stone gate in Rooftop Palace, along with Purple Pikmin. The bomb rocks used to demolish the stone gate can only be reached by Yellow Pikmin and Winged Pikmin.

The Spider Pikmin are a species of Pikmin that Pikmin: Theme Park that are discovered upon defeating the spider in the theme park. They have black skin, glowing red eyes, and eight legs that allow them to maneuver around on webs. In addition to swatting its enemies with its stem, Spider Pikmin also occasionally bite them to inject them with venom, which Spider Pikmin are resistant to, inflicting three times the normal amount of damage the Pikmin inflict and sometimes poisoning the enemy, draining even more of its health over time, although bosses can not be poisoned. However, the poison may rarely seep out of the target, posing a potential threat to any Pikmin not resistant to it. Spider Pikmin do not have a candypop bud of their own, but are rarely ejected from Ivory Candypop Buds when another Pikmin is thrown in.
