The Claymard Crusher is a boss appearing in Pikmin: Decayed Leaf. It is primarily found in caves, and when encountered, initially resembles a large clay pot. However, when approached, it will stand on two long, thin legs, and suddenly, two muscular half-clay arms with even larger clay fists erupt from the sides. The true skin of the Claymard Crusher is grayish-blue.
The Claymard Crusher will attempt to attack Pikmin with its fists. It will aim one fist at a group of Pikmin, a large red X appearing on the ground to indicate the attack's range, and once it locks on, the Pikmin and captains have a short time to evade the attack. After this, the Crusher will launch its fist, which is connected to its arm by a retractable chain, at the target. It will smash the ground, and any Pikmin under it will be killed. However, the fist will become stuck and can be attacked by Rock Pikmin, Weighted Pikmin, Dart Pikmin, or Purple Pikmin. Doing enough damage to the fist will break it, and after both fists are broken, the second phase begins. In it, the Claymard Crusher will wander about, periodically stopping in place and then jumping out of view for a few seconds to land on its target. When it leaves the ground, run away until it lands. Thrown Rock Pikmin and Purple Pikmin will slowly chip away at the Claymard Crusher's clay armor. After it's destroyed, the Crusher will roar, causing Pikmin to run around in a frenzy and causing a Puffy Blowhog to appear from above. At this point, any Pikmin type can attack its soft exterior. Once killed, the Claymard Crusher will collapse, releasing any treasure it holds. Defeating a Claymard Crusher for the first time will grant the "Crushblat Stew" achievement.

- “This new species of crushblat seems to have a special quirk when it comes to blowhogs. First, the Claymard Crusher will create its shell out of wet mud. Its roar seems to emit a hypnotic lure to the creatures, causing them to approach the blowhog. The Crusher will emit a pheromone that will enrage the blowhog, causing it to blow air on its newly formed shell, making it harden quicker. However, I do not know how it got its mechanical chain fists. Perhaps this creature picked them up somewhere?”
