The Beast Machine is the fourth area in Pikmin: Deconstruction. Instead of prioritizing difficulty like the previous area, it intentionally tries to sabotage the player.
The harder difficulty remix adds Bearded Amprats, many more enemies, puddles of water surrounding the vehicle, Swooping Snitchbugs, and the incredibly dangerous Careening Dirigibugs.
Unlocking Rock Pikmin allows getting the best time on this level with their ability to smash glass for more entry points and massive impact damage can efficiently get rid of most of the enemies.
