Deep within the jungles of the Altitude Springs lie the ruins of an ancient civilization. Before you enter the cave, you go through a brief waltz through the very final corners of the aforementioned level, using your Blue Pikmin to destroy a gate in the water to get to a water drain, fighting powerful Jungle Bulborbs along the way. After that, you can enter a stone room where the cave entrance resides.
As you explore the ruins, listening to a song composed of eerie pings and clicks, you find a surprising secret hidden deep inside the planet...
On odd-numbered sublevels, you may encounter a ghostly, invincible duplicate of the Smoky Progg, which acts like the Waterwraith from Pikmin 2.
