Galactic Breadbug
Scientific name Pansarus Galactus
Family Breadbug
Areas Land of Wonders, on the Loaf Territory's mountain
Caves Dangerous Depths, in the Loaf Chamber
Attacks Crushes Pikmin, uses all elements

The Galactic Breadbug appears as the final boss of Pikmin: Attack of the Breadbugs. It can be found in the Loaf Chamber along with three Brown Sugar Breadbugs. All three Brown Sugar Breadbugs must be defeated for the Galactic Breadbug to shift its position and partially reveal itself. The Galactic Breadbug can be found hiding in a similar fashion to the Emperor Breadbug, with the top of its bun sticking out. Simply stepping onto the bun will not waken the Galactic Breadbug; Captain Olimar must throw ten Purple Pikmin onto its back in quick succession. Performing that action will awaken the Galactic Breadbug. The Galactic Breadbug looks similar to a Giant Breadbug, but triple the size of one. The Galactic Breadbug can be attacked by throwing Pikmin anywhere onto its body with the exception of its legs. It cannot be weighted down by any amount of Pikmin. While trudging about, the Galactic Breadbug may crush Pikmin with its feet.

The Fight

The fight begins with the Galactic Breadbug using the element of fire, so Red Pikmin are to be used. During this phase, the Loaf Chamber becomes smoky, and the Galactic Breadbug takes on a red hue. After one-fifth of its health is gone, the Galactic begins its second phase and uses the element of electricity. The same effects that appear on the Spiked Electrocution Breadbug when electrified appear on the Galactic Breadbug during this phase along with it having a yellow hue during this phase. As such, Yellow Pikmin are recommended. When two-fifths of the Galactic Breadbug's health are gone, it develops a blue hue and begins using water, so Blue Pikmin should be used. The Galactic Breadbug also becomes liquid in the state, and can envelop any Pikmin thrown onto it. In this phase, a core similar to that of the Goolix's can be found inside of it. When three-fifths of the Galactic Breadbug's health are gone, its hue will become mostly white. It also trails a pale purple powder that can poison Pikmin, so White Pikmin are recommended. When four-fifths of the Galactic Breadbug's health are gone, it will become a light blue hue and will freeze anything it makes contact with, including the ground. It can only be hurt by Cyan Pikmin while in this phase. When defeated, the Galactic Breadbug will implode on itself. Any Pikmin caught in the blast radius will be simply knocked back and deflowered, depending on distance.

In Pikmin Scorpio

In Pikmin Scorpio, the Galactic Breadbug appears as the final boss of the bonus game mode Chasm of Wonders. More information will be added as it is come up with.
