The Acerbic Grail is found in Creature's Quay, on an island in the southeastern seas. A Coastal Skeeterskate's burrow is found on this island, but since Blue Pikmin are needed to reach the island, it's a simple matter to defeat it. There are a few Water Dumples on the way back, which should be dealt with for ensured safety.
