- Kind of spoilers, but the Overlord didn't actually make the Pikmin enemies. He was just kinda sent to Earth to watch over the ecosystem after all of the humans died in a global nuclear war. He does know A LOT about the creature's here, but he does have a lot to remember due to how quickly these enemies evolve and change. Some of them are just straight up anomalies.
