Red Power Parasites are powerasites that utilize fire. They latch onto any other enemies and pump into their hosts the sponge-like cells that the Fiery Bulblax has, preventing any type of Pikmin but fire-resistant Pikmin such as Red Pikmin and Bulbmin from attacking them. Red Pikmin can either knock the Red Power Parasite off of its host to return the affected enemy to normal or kill the host outright. Alone, the Red Power Parasite is completely harmless and can be easily defeated by any Pikmin type.
