The Spotty Bulbear has the following duties:
*Accept or reject user requests to join the Guild;
*Promote users to a higher position;
*Determine whether or not a user belongs in the group they applied to be part of;
*Present Guild signatures to apprentices and masters, and update them accordingly as time progresses;
*Give final rulings on decisions made by the Guild;
*Update the {{t|GuildNotice}} template to inform the Guild of important topics;
*Optionally assist Snow Bulborbs, Red Bulborbs, and Orange Bulborbs in their duties.

*Making users members of the Guild if they so desire
*Making members masters
*Giving final rulings on decisions that the Guild of Bulborbs makes
*Using the Guild Notice Template (see the top of the page) to spread the word among the Guild about important things.

The Guild of Bulborbs is currently inactive due to a lack of staff to help maintain it. If you are a staff member and would like the guild to be revived, please consider taking a position.
