The Nomadic Butte is the fourth area in Pikmin: Shipwrecked Stargazers. Located in a savannah on the peak of a mesa in the desert, the Nomadic Butte is the only surface-level area with pits. Throwing Pikmin over the cliff would spell certain doom for them. Aside from that, notable features of this dry region include cacti, and strange, floating globs of vemon in the sky that occasionally drip onto the terrain below, posing a unique threat. These orbs, alongside crystals made of the same substance, disappear after the Venowraith is defeated.
The President sends an escape pod to this area to avoid PNF-404's asteroid field after he is contacted in the Windswept Wonderland, but it goes missing soon after, having been destroyed by the Venowraith. White Pikmin are found in this area, fighting off a Dwarf Orange Bulborb.
