Green Onion Hole

The Green Onion Hole is the second cave in Pikmin: The Story Untold and the first cave in Forest of the Beasts. It has five sublevels, and two hazards, which are fire and acid. Ultra-Bitter Mode changes many of the enemies encountered here into their more difficult counterparts.

Sublevel 1

• Treasures:
  • Canned Goodness (inside the Spiner)
  • Sticky Healing Aid (on a high ledge)
• Enemies:
  • Dwarf Spiner × 2 (replaced by Flaming Spiners in Ultra-Bitter Mode)
  • Male Sheargrub × 4 (replaced by Armored Sheargrubs in Ultra-Bitter Mode)
  • Mawdad × 3 (replaced by Sarpents in Ultra-Bitter Mode)
  • Spiner × 1
• Vegetation:
  • Shoot × 4

Defeat the enemies, collect the two treasures, and move onto the next sublevel.

Sublevel 2

• Treasures:
  • Ancient Entertainer (inside one of the Red Bulborbs or Orange Bulborbs, depending on difficulty)
  • Spiky Red Needle (in a dead end, partially submerged in acid)
• Enemies:
  • Cloaking Burrow-nit × 3 (replaced by Flighty Joustmites in Ultra-Bitter Mode)
  • Dwarf Red Bulborb × 5 (replaced by Dwarf Orange Bulborbs in Ultra-Bitter Mode)
  • Mawdad × 4 (replaced by Sarpents in Ultra-Bitter mode)
  • Red Bulborb × 2 (replaced by Orange Bulborbs in Ultra-Bitter Mode)
• Obstacles:
  • Fire geyser × 6

Use Red Pikmin to destroy the fire geysers present on the sublevel. Defeat the enemies, collect the treasures, and delve deeper into sublevel three.

Sublevel 3

• Treasures:
  • Jaw-Tooth Pendant (between the acid emitters)
• Obstacles:
  • Acid emitter × 4
• Vegetation:
  • Pellet Posy × 5
  • Green Onion × 1
  • Shoot × 8

Once you enter the Sublevel get to the Green Onion and get the Green Pikmin, destroy the Acid emitters get the treasure ago to the next Sublevel.
