The Flora Spire Cavern is probably the Third or final dungeon you enter in Tranquility Garden. This massive dungeon is home to many different creatures. Most types of Pikmin should be brought to this dungeon in a group of 20-30. The scenery here is the basic dungeon format with lots of plant life in it.

This Upgrade creates the TitaniumWear 1, which adds a light, thin sheet of metal to Captain Olimar's and Louie's suits, which reduces the damage taken from an enemy biting, slamming, rushing, or dropping down.
