Jewelbombs are strange enemies. They are jet black and encrusted with pink gems, and have a grasping on a long arm. It carries a Bomb-Rock in its claw, which is infused with sticky black liquid. When provoked, it will make the Bomb-Rock explode, shooting this liquid everywhere. The blobs of slime stick everywhere and Pikmin that get stuck cannot be freed unless whistled out. The Bomb-Rock is regenerated shortly after, even when the Jewelbomb is dead.
