Attacks Impales and pushes frozen Pikmin

The Troglohog is a species of blowhogs in Pikmin: The Planet of Hope. Unlike its other cousins, the Troglohog pushes frozen Pikmin into its den, where they will die if left for too long. Its main attack is to pick up Troglohog eggs and lob them at Pikmin and leaders, where the eggs hatch into Troglobits. These can be lethal if near treasures, hiding in an ice pit and jumping out after Pikmin are left alone to carry the object, skewering them. Troglohogs on their own are no problem. Clay Pikmin can pierce their hard skin.

Notes

Miles' notes

These things, URGH. The winds don’t help either! Lucky those troglobits are weak…

Alex's notes

Your skin is no match for my clay, idiot!

Ava's notes

Troglohog snot is actually great medicine! Side effects include compulsive eating, and yelling "ooga booga".

Olimar's notes

Troglohogs have extremely thick skin only penetrated by rock and clay Pikmin. No one knows why they push ice, only time will tell.

Louie's notes

Makes a neat ribeye steak, troglobits make neat sides when dipped in barbecue sauce and steamed. Yum.
