Glow sap is an item rewarded from Lumiknolls by completing night expeditions. It is used to cure leaflings, returning them to normal.

In Pikmin: Antarctic Survival, glow sap can sometimes be found in the Antarctic in the early morning, in areas where Glow Pikmin appeared the previous night. Glow sap is used to construct the Beaconknoll, a building which attracts a random creature from the Antarctic to the Diamond Settlement, where it can be battled.
Using Beaconknolls is a risky tactic, as the night-crazed creature will be more powerful than it is during the day, and the random creature attracted by a Beaconknoll can be any creature in the Antarctic, including tyrants.
