The Council of Eight is a group of various creatures that hold control over several lands in Pikmin: The Bulblaxian War. They control the massive armies that are out to destroy the Pikmin once and for all. Olimar will have to face and defeat all eight members of the council.
The eight members and their territories or roles are as follows: General Bulben, the leader of the Council, General Brandonhog of the Valley of Regret, General Henrywisp of the Forest of Symbiosis, General Snagarret of the Vengeful Volcano, General Alfred Cannon Beetle of the Sorrowful Sands, General Dwayne of the Lake of Memories, General Handiblake of the Desperate Woods, and General Larry Long Legs of Cannon Clearing, who controls the Man-at-Cannons there.
The Council of Eight has a base in all areas, excluding Base Camp and the last two areas. The only known one is Blowhog Base, located in the Valley of Regret.
