The Bronzed Cannon Beetle Larva, or simply the Bronzed Cannon Larva, is a species of lithopod appearing in Pikmin: Spark. Its adult form is the Bronzed Cannon Beetle. As the name suggests, their skin has a brilliant bronze sheen as a result of a diet rich in copper and other similar metals. They are most commonly found stationary within mounds, like other lithopod larvae, and mobile Bronzed Cannon Larvae are rare to encounter. While other lithopods spit boulders that roll along the ground, the Bronzed Cannon Larva differentiates itself by spitting, in an arc, metallic boulders that crush anything underneath upon landing. Due to this, Rock Pikmin are ideal as not only can they not be crushed but also deal heavy damage to the lithopod. Oddly enough, the lithopod may very rarely spit up a golden boulder which, upon impact with the ground, releases a large amount of Sparklium.

Notes

Abel's medical journal

The mashed-up metal is similar in appearance to dental fillings, meaning they would be a great asset to dentists.

Lyn's sale review

Mining is no longer just about using primitive shovels and drills when you have this beast to dig up the metals for you.
