The Alpha Mamuta is a species of shepik that appears in Pikmin E: Remastered. It is the boss of the Layered Labyrinth, appearing on its final sublevel. It is highly aggressive, no matter if provoked or not. Upon spotting any Pikmin or leaders, it will ruthlessly attack, using its heavy, slab-like hands to crush or bury any Pikmin that approach it. Upon being defeated, its body cracks open, revealing 4 Mamutas that will panic and run off. Due to the enemy being basically the same as a regular Mamuta, Louie's notes on it from Pikmin 2 are used.
