The Toxic squack can only eat [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]] that are made easily digestible by [[poison]] it spits up onto them, although it can't be used directly by the squack. If able to attack, the Toxic Squack can grab and eat Pikmin extremely quickly; otherwise, it has almost no way to kill Pikmin unless water is present, in which case it will grab some Pikmin and dash quickly toward the water source to drown them.
