Description

This is just like a giant, four-legged Dweevil, but with an orange glowing skin. It is found on the last sublevel of the Dream Den, and is the final boss of the game. It holds five treasures, four of which it can use as weapons. The treasures it holds are worth just about the most in the game, as every one is worth 1,000 Pokos, except Louie (In the Treasure Hoard: The King of Bugs).

Strategy

One of the best strategies is to take ten of each pikmin, and when it uses the weapon, take in those pikmin to attack it, and when it is not using a weapon, to focus the attack on one. The best order to try and destroy the weapons is: Monster Pump, Shock Therapist, Flare Cannon, and final the Comedy Bomb. After You take off all of the weapons, it is harmless. It can't squash your pikmin or pick the weapons back up like other Dweevils, so just chase it around and put its health bar to zero. If you kill it when it is frozen with an Ultra-Bitter Spray, It will drop 10 Random Sprays, this is one of the easiest ways to get sprays (Besides the Wistful Wild Bugs).

Notes

Olimar's Notes

The largest member of the dweevil family, this fearsome predator carries protective components that often exhibit offensive capabilities, an evolution that may be attributed to mere chance. Another evolutionary theory is that the chemical contents of the containers carried by the Titan Dweevil contribute to possible gene splicing. While other dweevils do not seem to choose what objects they carry, the Titan Dweevil appears to prefer shiny objects above all others.

Louie's Notes

Eaten raw, this predator's luxurious legs are bold and full flavored. What a satisfying crunch!
