Site of Redemption: Difference between revisions

The Site of Redemption is the first area you will land in in Pikmin: Invasion of the Giants. It has three caves. There is a lot of vegetation, and Pellet Posies are plentiful. It also has one Creeping Chrysanthemum, and two Red Bulborbs in different locations. It has two bridges and a Watery Blowhog guards one of them. Once you break down a fire gate, you will find an Armored Cannon Beetle. Sheargrubs flank the bridges. The area after this is Forgotten Sandland.

Olimar and Louie are entering the atmosphere of PNF-404, and while they are plummeting the ship is badly damaged. The engine falls out, and Louie leaps overboard in an attempt to save it. He grabs it successfully, but of course, he is unable to return it to the spaceship. Olimar struggles to maintain control over the damaged ship, and he is forced to crash down in a pool of water. Louie falls down but suddenly lands. He looks down and sees that he has landed on a Green Onion. The Onion lands in a small crater, where Louie finds Olimar being brought in by some Red Pikmin. They are glad to see each other, but then the ground starts shaking. Louie and Olimar look up at something the viewer cannot see. They then try to run, but the world suddenly goes black. Louie and Olimar wake up, and the camera zooms out to show they are in a giant shoe print. The ship wakes them up and tells them that a giant creature stepped on them and that it left some treasure behind. It then shows them the Lint of Gold, a wrapper, and the Memorial of Fate, a nickel. Louie decides to take the Green Pikmin and then goes off to explore. Olimar stays and has the Red Pikmin bring the treasure into the spaceship. You will then get to play around with the controls a bit, and harvest some pellets for more Pikmin. Louie will call in, saying that he is bringing a treasure. He comes up with the Professional's Likeness, a baseball card.
