The Rising Pine is a member of the chrysanthemum family found in Pikmin E. It exhibits the typical behaviors of its relatives, initially appearing as a small plant but revealing its true form when approached by prey. Rising Pines prefer to swallow Pikmin and leaders whole instead of chewing them to bits first. Any leaders it catches in its mouth will be chewed, suffering damage, before being spat out alongside any Pikmin in its mouth at the time. Because they are covered in sharp pine needles, Rising Pines should only be attacked using Rock Pikmin, although White Pikmin can be fed to the creature to poison it to death. Any Rock Pikmin a Rising Pine attempts to eat will only be briefly chewed before being spat out again along with any other Pikmin that were in its mouth.

-Remove pines gently, and peel off it's plant-like skin. Pre-heat oven to 415 and stick it in piece by piece every 5-10 minutes. If it lacks in flavor, try adding a Bulborb's eye to the mix.

-Taraxacum Pineian, such a weird sientific name... thing has barley any value in Pokos too, considering the Poko value of other beings on the planet. Should make for a nice dinner if prepared properly...gonna have to ask Louie on that one.
