As this is a separate timeline from pikmin 2 and 3, the story takes place after pikmin 1. the difference is that louie didn't eat the golden pikpik carrots, making olimar not return. | As this is a separate timeline from pikmin 2 and 3, the story takes place after pikmin 1. the difference is that louie didn't eat the golden pikpik carrots, making olimar not return to the pikmin planet. the red, blue, and yellow onions seperate. the red onion lands in a valley, and the red pikmin go out and find pellets.the next day, a rainstorm starts while pikmin are taking pellets to the onion. only one pikmin is lucky enough to take a red pellet to the onion, but soon perishes. a shadowy figure goes and pours a strange red, white, and blue substance into the onion flower. | ||

Story
