Plot
After the events of Pikmin 3, when the Koppaite explorers brought Olimar back to planet Hocotate, the President isn't too happy that Louie and the Hocotate ship were left on PNF-404 and brings Olimar back there with him. Olimar also wanted to come back to get enough Pokos to pay back his S.S. Dolphin back.
