Well, finally, I'm actually going to start this.
Pikmin:Reign of the Masses will be a sequel to nothing in particular, like pikmin 3.(P.S. This will be quite incomplete for quite a while.)
Pikmin Types

Red |Fire Hazards | Deals more damage than normal.
Blue |Water |None
Yellow |Electric Hazards|Thrown higher than others.
Ebony |Acid Hazards |Slower, but stronger. Carry weight equal to 3.
Clear |Goo Hazards |Weaker, but quicker. Carry weigh equal to 2/3
Basic Plot
Traveling around pikmin world(technically Pikmin 1) in another alternate timeline(from my personal pikmin theory,Multiple_timeline_theory) Olimar finds a weird object. Its shaped like a hand held radio, yet it has several frayed wires. When they take it back, it erupts in an electrical spark, startling Olimar. Now the events that spark pikmin 2 start up, but interested in the technology of the "weird bomb thingabobber" scientists come.When they come, PNF-404 is malformed by odd clearish goo-like substances that effects the environment in several ways. When the scientists come out, they go around trying to locate an onion, when they are attacked by an undocumented "Goo Bulborb". As they run away, several scientists are brutally eaten just like any other creature, or pikmin for that matter, on PNF-404. Running away, he hides behind a large crystalline structure. He sees that the crystal is trapping down a red onion, so he and the other scientist manage to dig up a red pikmin. Using the red pikmin, they break open the structure and free the onion. They then secretly raise up red pikmin away from the goo bulorbs eyes then, well, I'm not going to sugarcoat it, kill him. They manage to get up to their ship and head up to the atmosphere.
