Peril Cliff is the first area in Pikmin: The Huge Debt where the ship is eaten by a Giga Bulborb. The area is at an edge of a cliff that contains an abyss on the other side and is very windy at times which could be very hazardous. A very interesting easter egg is found here when the player falls into the abyss, Mario can be seen hanging on a ledge. When the ship is eaten, the area near the abyss is sealed off with boulders, due to the fact that the ship cannot save the player if they fall while they are in the belly of a beast.
