The Mawdad is an enemy in Pikmin: The Story Untold that is a smaller version of the unplated Armored Mawdad and is only in Forest of the Beasts and the caves it’s in is Beginners Pit, Green Onion Hole, and Armored Canon Chasm. It cost three Pokos.

Name: Mawdad
Scientific name: Mawdaum rex
Family: Mawdad Family
This one is small but feisty. These creatures sometimes gang up on prey in groups, but most of the times these creatures usually fight by themselves. This is because they think they’re larger than they actually are. Even with that they know how to camouflage into the ground and rise up when it’s the right time to attack. This creature has a large mouth spand and is able to fit an entire Pikmin inside of it in one bite.
