The laggan family consists of cycloptic creatures that act as sentry guns.
Members
Aulagg
- Main article: Aulagg
Aulaggs are water elementals and live in pools of water. The behavior of these specific laggans consists of popping out from the water and spraying a line of water from their tube-shaped mouth at Pikmin.
Coragg
- Main article: Coragg
Coraggs live in pools of acid. Like most laggans, Coraggs are ambush predators; these specific creatures spew a stream of acid using their tube-like mouths at nearby leaders and Pikmin.
Folagg
- Main article: Folagg
Folaggs are fire elementals, and the only invincible laggan because they lurk in deadly lava, lethal even to Red Pikmin.
Gulagg
- Main article: Gulagg
Gulaggs are made entirely out of sticky black slime. Like most laggans, their behavior consists of suddenly appearing out of random places in the ground like a Goolix. This specific laggan spews a line of sticky tar from its tube-shaped mouth at Pikmin.
Prismagg
- Main article: Prismagg
The rainbow-colored Prismagg is the strongest species of Laggan, able to shoot any elemental hazard at Pikmin. It can be killed by any Pikmin, but watch out for the dangerous attacks it uses!
Zalagg

Zalaggs are are made entirely out of electric slime. Like most laggans, their behavior consists of suddenly appearing out of random places in the ground, but this laggan in particular sprays a line of electricity from its tube-shaped mouth at Pikmin.
