The cloudy progg is a progg in pikmin 3:the progg wars. It is a super progg
Attacks
It will shoot lightnig at you and can drop electric prog on your head! It can also throw spiked balls at you.
How to defeat
Go to the leges around the arena. When the spiked balls come,push it down the slope and into the ramp. zit will then go into the air and hit the progg
