The cloudy progg is a progg in pikmin 3:the progg wars. It is a super progg.
Attacks
It will shoot lightning at you and can drop electric proggs on your head! It can also throw spiked balls at you.
How to defeat
Go to the ledges around the arena. When the spiked balls come, push it down the slope and into the ramp. It will then go into the air and hit the progg.
