Captain Bob is Olimar's cousin 27 times removed and the captain of the S.S. Goob. He has a wife named Barb and 3 children named John, Gabe, and Jesse. For work, Bob is a dog trainer on Gaia, under the employment of the Rescue Corps. Bob came to PNF-404 to save Olimar, as he is family, and like him, ended up crashlanding on his first visit to the planet. He found Blue Pikmin not long after. Bob hated Louie with a burning passion the first moment they met, and the two have been rivals ever since.
As for Bob's ship, the S.S. Goob, it is red with purple stripes. Notably, it has been on a mission to save Captain Ducky from Louie, who stole it in the first place, and return it to Captain Charlie. Its artificial intelligence is stronger than any before it.

A new data file found on the S.S Goob’s Memory, Database we found a photo of captain Bob we haven’t seen a image of him before as family and friends refused to show us a photograph and the footage of his adventure was filmed by a camera on his helmet. We know he has blue eyes and a big nose similar to Olimar . red hair, she has a similar body shaped to Olimar but a head shape like Louie his helmet sports antenna with a green light and the photograph we get the information from is his ID badge that reads a humble jog trainer with a big love for dogs and a bigger, love forest family ID number 700 365 457 572 and this is all the current information we have.

We have managed to get in contact with Captain Bob here he had to say “ hello I am Bob I just simply want to say thank you for wanting to here my story I’ll keep the reporters up to date on everything that happened to be honest I don’t really remember so as I remember you’ll be learning about it I got bonked on the way out of the atmosphere so I don’t quite remember the whole thing” folks that’s it for this log.
