Captain Bob is Olimar's cousin 27 times removed and the captain of the S.S. Goob. He has a wife named Barb and 3 children named John, Gabe, and Jesse. For work, Bob is a dog trainer on Gaia, under the employment of the Rescue Corps. Bob came to PNF-404 to save Olimar, as he is family, and like him, ended up crashlanding on his first visit to the planet. He found Blue Pikmin not long after.
