This is the best way, after you get your first one, to get assassin pikmin. They are at the bottom of a deep and dark cavern known as the Sniper Realm, and are exremely rare, and it is random which floor it will apear on. It uses one of each type of the five pikmin from pikmin 2 to make 1 Assassin Pikmin.
