The Acidic Toxibeetle is a small enemy encountered in Pikmin: Echoes of Eternity. Its main feature is a dual color scheme, with green stripes on one side and purple triangles on the other. It utilizes both poison and acid attacks, but never at the same time.
This enemy moves fast, similar to an Iridescent Flint Beetle. Sometimes it will stop and glow either green or purple. The color corresponds to which elemental attack it will utilize. It then produces a scythe-like claw from its thorax and will slash with either a poison or acidic aura. This is its only attacking move, so with ample amounts of White Pikmin and Green Pikmin, this foe shouldn't be a problem.
